Cancellation Policy
**Deposits:**
To secure your appointment, a non-refundable security deposit is required. This deposit will be applied to your remaining balance, which is due on the day of your appointment. The remaining balance can be paid via Cash, Debit Card (with a 2.6% fee), or Zelle.
**Cancellation Policy:**
If you need to cancel or reschedule, please do so at least 24 hours before your appointment. Cancellations made within this time frame will allow your deposit to be transferred to a new appointment date. If you cancel less than 24 hours before your appointment, you will be charged 100% of the remaining balance.
**No-Shows:**
Failure to attend your appointment without prior notice will result in a charge of 100% of the remaining balance and may lead to the loss of future booking privileges with me.
